Review policy

A review can only be written after a real, closed request between the reviewer and the company — there is no open review box. This single rule removes fake reviews structurally rather than by moderation alone.

Every review is moderated before publication and carries a visible evidence level: verified client, platform-checked reference, or verified contract. Companies may reply; they may never pay to remove or reorder reviews.

We remove reviews that contain contact details, personal attacks, or conflicts of interest (self-reviews, competitors, related parties). Ratings cover service quality, response time, professionalism, and value.
