On Sawnly, money buys visibility and tools — never credibility. These lines never move for a paying account:
- Your trust tier — Listed, Claimed, Verified, Elite — changes only through admin vetting. No plan touches it.
- Search ranking is earned by relevance, rating, completeness and recency. Paying does not reorder unlabeled results.
- Featured placements are always visibly labeled as promotion, and are separated from the ranked results.

Common questions
Does membership make me verified?
No. Verification is a separate, evidence-based review by our team. A free account can be Elite; a paying account can be unverified. The two systems never touch.
Will paying push me above better-rated providers?
No. Ranked results are ordered by relevance and merit. The only paid visibility is featured placement, which is always labeled as such and kept apart from the ranked list.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Create your profile for free, earn your trust tier, and upgrade whenever the extra reach and tools are worth it. Your tier and reviews carry over untouched.
