Primark confirms Bahrain and Qatar entries, reaching 21 markets

Primark has confirmed the next steps of its Middle East expansion with entries into Bahrain and Qatar — a store at City Centre Bahrain and another at Doha Festival City — taking its presence to 21 markets worldwide.
The expansion runs in partnership with Alshaya Group, one of the region's largest retail franchise operators, following the opening of its first regional store at The Avenues in Kuwait in October 2025.
The two companies say they continue to work on plans for further regional expansion in the coming years.
