ADNOC keeps issuing spot crude tenders as UAE exports climb

ADNOC has issued a succession of spot crude tenders since the start of June 2026, as the company works to move oil from inside the Strait of Hormuz and UAE crude exports hit a record high in June.

The tenders covered cargoes of the Upper Zakum, Umm Lulu and Das grades for October and November loading; Murban was not offered in the most recent tender.

Buyers are given the option to purchase free-on-board at Fujairah Storage, Zirku and Das Island, or to arrange ship-to-ship transfers in the Fujairah–Sohar range outside the Strait of Hormuz or in Malaysia. Trade estimates put sales through these tenders at more than 90 million barrels since early June.
